CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check out: Before 11:00.

Early check in/late check out is subject to availability and may incur an extra charge. Please contact our Reception by phone or email prior to arrival if you anticipate arriving after 6.00pm to avoid cancellation of your reservation. (We have 24 Hour Reception).

Direct Bookings Only

To cancel for free, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged the full price of the booking. Please note, advance purchase (nonrefundable) bookings are not eligible for a refund.

If you give less than 48 hours' notice or do not show up, the full price of your stay will be charged to the card used for the reservation, and the booking will be cancelled. No refunds are available for advance purchase bookings.

GROUP BOOKING POLICY

Group bookings are accepted at the discretion of the management. Please contact our Reception by telephone on +44 1273 688 825 or email to  info@amsterdamhotelbrighton.com to arrange a group booking.

Please Note: Our policy is to refuse Stag and Hen parties. If groups ignore this and book individually and are then found to be part of a hen/stag party we will cancel their booking (even on arrival). If we need to cancel a booking in these circumstances less than 48 hours before arrival date we will apply a 50% cancellation fee.

We operate a variable rate policy, please check for latest rates. Please see below for our current average room rates. Minimum stay and special rates apply over Bank Holiday Weekends, the Brighton Gay Pride Weekend, Christmas & New Year periods and Special Events & Conferences in Brighton & Hove.

Please note that the hotel currently does not offer facilities for overnight bicycle storage.

If you're planning to arrive later than the scheduled check-in times, kindly contact the hotel in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

Public parking is available nearby, though reservations are not possible. The cost is £8 per day.

For your convenience, the hotel is located at the corner of Marine Parade and Broad Street, with the entrance situated on Broad Street (BN2 1TJ), near the junction with Marine Parade.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, the hotel may pre-authorise your card for an amount equivalent to the first night's stay.

The hotel is undergoing building refurbishments from October 24, 2023, to March 24, 2024, so you may notice scaffolding outside the building. However, rest assured that the rooms are not affected, though scaffolding may be visible through the windows.

In line with government guidelines to minimise the spread of COVID-19, the property is not accepting guests from certain countries during periods when these restrictions apply.

As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure safety, additional sanitation and safety measures are currently in place. Please be aware that food and beverage services may be limited or unavailable due to these precautions.

For the health and safety of all, this property is not suitable for guests needing to quarantine for COVID-19 purposes.
